We deliver free shipping to most countries and regions in the world, except for some remote areas.
All packages will send by DHL / Fedex / UPS / Aramex on a signed for delivery service. Whilst we endeavour to get it to you next day, it could be 5 - 10 days from order. Your goods will be shipped Monday-Sunday. A signature will be required on delivery, someone else can sign for the package. If you're not home to receive the delivery, DHL / Fedex / UPS will call you or leave you a contact card to pick up the package in person from your nearest depot.
European customers may have to wait 2-3 weeks.
About remote areas
We deliver free shipping in most densely populated and economically prosperous areas in the world. Use DHL/Fedex/UPS, etc.
If DHL/Fedex/UPS considers your area to be a remote area, an additional charge will be charged and you need to pay for it yourself.
Usually an extra $40 is required. When the express company reports that additional charges are required, we will communicate with you. If you do not agree, you can request a refund and cancel the order.
According to our experience, in most cases (99%) your package does not need to pay customs duties (choose a special express route), but sometimes you are not lucky enough and your package is randomly checked by the customs, and you need to pay customs duties yourself .
